Emotional Quotient (EQ) 23 March 2010, - Hotel Grand Pacific Introduction Stress (distress) and frustration, are the precursors to anger, and if left unchecked can lead to disillusionment, resentment, loss of motivation, and can eventually lead to burn out and depression. Along the way, effective functioning deteriorates causing the individual to become less and less productive both at and outside of work. This program will help participants identify the root causes of their frustrations and deal with the triggers that bring about feelings of anger, resentment or other negative emotions that are getting in the way of their effectiveness. This program will teach participants a variety of techniques for eliminating or at least significantly reducing their negative emotional, psychological and physical reactions to their triggers for frustration and anger, thereby enabling them to deal more effectively with the situations they find themselves in.
