Josephine Teo has 14 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including government, food and beverage, media, IT, internet and education. Her work experience ranges from strategic planning, industry development and promotion, branding, change management, crisis management, marketing, consulting, corporate communications to public relations.

Josephine has lived and managed projects in Canada, China, Qatar, Singapore and the USA.

Josephine has a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada; Bachelor of Fine Arts (Film & Television Production) from the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, USA; and Diploma with Merit in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. Professionally, she has an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment from WDA.
