Introduction

Interviews are far more than questioning and answering questions. Interviews are a series of intensive two-way communication, assessment and negotiation. Interviews not only enable the employers in the person of an interviewer to check and evaluate a potential candidate in terms of strength, weaknesses and competitive edge, but also afford an opportunity to an interviewee to gauge first hand the expectation, uniqueness and people management of the would-be employer. Most importantly, an interview enable the interviewers to check the feasibility and desirability of the interviewee's employability.
