Michelle Luehman has worked in Asia for 14 years and has had a varied career in the training and development arena, as well as working as a Country Manager and Regional Director in the Asia Pacific and globally for different multinationals. She is an accomplished facilitator and professional trainer with 18 years experience in training design and delivery in the private and public sectors.

Michelle specializes in the Service and Retail sectors of the market. She has delivered training programs, workshops and developed training manuals for many of the world's most eminent companies, customers include Coles Myer, Cathay Pacific, Qantas and Royal-Ahold (Tops Supermarkets), Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, Carrefour, DBS - Vickers, OCBC bank, Starhub and Phillips.

Having combined a training and development career with line management and recruitment, she knows from a personal experience the mistakes you can make in recruitment and how crucial it is to ensure that you select the correct candidate to be in your team.

Her classes are fun, informative, full of the latest information and techniques and she makes sure that everyone participates learns and walks away with practical skills they can apply on the job.

Michelle has a Post Graduate in Management and a Bachelor in Science.
