Admin Writing Skills Workshop

12 October 2010, - Bayview Hotel

Introduction

This is an elementary workshop which is useful for those who have just started working and for those wanting to brush up on their written communication skills.

In this 1-day workshop, the focus will be on functional writing and observing basic writing rules for general office use.

Participants will learn techniques to draft commonly used written communications, such as routine responses, posting 'good news', communicating 'bad news', writing inter-departmental requests and also appealing for help or cooperation in this 1-day workshop.
