Great communicator is not only assertive. They are also persuasive. Persuasive communicator inspires confidence and agreement. The key to persuasion and influence is in the way the information is packaged and communicated.

This two-day workshop serves to develop both the skills of assertiveness and persuasion with the explicit goal of improving personal effectiveness and by extension corporate performance.
