David Ong Kah Seng was the Principle Instructor, Chief Assessor cum People Developer Officer with the Air Engineering Training Institute, Republic of Singapore Air Force, reporting directly to the Commanding Officer. He also headed the Institute’s Instructional Techniques and Instructor Skills Programmes. His job responsibilities include training, developing and upgrading all instructors while he was with the Air Force. His forte lies in soft-skill training which he has been doing for the last twenty years for both the statutory boards and the corporate sectors. He is currently the Master Trainer with HRM Skills Pte Ltd, subsidiary of HRSINGAPORE.

Kah Seng graduated with a Masters in Psychology (Counseling), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Development and Management (USA). He also holds professional Diplomas in Training and Development, Instructional Techniques and Design from the Singapore and Australia Air Forces. He is also a certified trainer for Whole Brain Thinking technology and the “Profiling Skills”.

Eddie Lim, a Nature Conservationist, Education Guide, Trainer, Manager and Tourist Guide, has spent 18 years working for European & American MNCs dealing in Medical Equipment; Laboratory Chemicals, Consumables & Equipment; Scientific & Analytical Instruments; R&D Instrumentation etc. He is a Specialist Nature Guide from Singapore Tourism Board, Registered Tourist Guide with STB, Senior Executive Parliamentary Guide of The Parliament of Singapore, Volunteer of NParks-Central Nature Reserve doing Reforestation, Conservation & Education programs, Nature Guide at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve , Guide Trainer at SBWR ,Volunteer Nature Guide of NUS-Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research.

His vast working experience also included 8 years as a Sales & Marketing Manager. He was a Field Research Assistant with NTU/CTFS (USA) in the Big Tree Project of Bt Timah Nature Reserve collecting scientific data of Primary Rainforest trees and was co-opted as a Council Member of Nature Society Singapore for three terms consecutively.

Eddie conducts National Education programs in collaboration with People's Association and also Education programs for Schools, Tertiary Institutions & Government Departments at The Parliament of Singapore.
