Introduction

What must you do if you are given the task to organise an event? What resources do you need to carry out an event? What must you pay extra attention to when an event is held on-site or off-site?

This is a 1-day introductory workshop that will address above types of questions. Participants will be guided through 3 major stages of organizing an event: planning, implementation to end-of-event tasks. In includes an overview of the conceptualization of an event to considering the needs of different stakeholders. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to take home with them operational plans and checklists to help them carry out an event.
