Trainer

Dr. Ng Sin Keh has been mentoring various levels of mentees in the public and private sector in various organizations. He is also being engaged as an organizational mentor to leaders and future leaders in corporations in the Asia Pacific.

Dr. Ng has 20 years of working experience with the Singapore Civil Service. He held responsibilities in human resource strategizing, training development, public communication and public affairs. He was also involved in national operations of crisis management and emergency exercises where he received repeated national accolades.

In 1995 he joined a regional insurer to lead its 4,600 agents. He was active in its organizational restructuring and ensuing crisis management. As its Chief Representative, he won for its Shanghai office a national award in public relations. He is the only foreigner worldwide to be officially listed as one of the 20 "Who's Who in Public Relations in China".

Subsequently, he served in various positions from General Manager to a training group, to Director for Human Resource for a Quality Service company, Project Director for Organizational Communication to a regional industrial grouping.

Over the years, he has worked/consulted with or trained political leaders, mayors, senior government officials, directors, CEOs, and senior managers. Dr Ng holds a First-Class Honors degree (Nanyang University) in public administration and political science, and a Ph.D. In Corporate Strategy and Business Administration.
