Senior management and executives assigned to the role and those aspiring to be mentors. This program will also benefit those administering organizational mentoring programs e.g. Human Resources Department administrators.

Methodology

Presentation of key concepts, roles, strategies, and the mentoring process will be supplemented with activities to reinforce the analysis of real-life cases and best practices. Role plays and discussion-cum-critique (effective and non-effective mentoring practices) will be used.
