Trainer

This training programme will be conducted by Dr. David Ong who has conducted training over the last twenty years to both the statutory boards and the corporate sectors. He also conducts seminars and workshops across the region.

David has an extensive background in Training and Development. He was with the Republic of Singapore Air Force as Principle Instructor and currently the Master Trainer with HRSINGAPORE^® and HRM Skills.

He has more than 20 years of Managing, Developing and Training Human Capital both local and regional countries which includes China, Myanmar, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. With his vast working experiences and background in psychology, David is passionate in the people development from the inner self and he has helped numerous executives achieve greater heights through self exploring, profiling and reading others.

David has enhanced each individual Business Thinking through better Strategic Planning, Innovative Breakthrough, Creative Problem Solving and Assertive-Persuasive Communications. He has worked extensively throughout the region in his primary role of Associate Consultant, with responsibilities & special development areas that include Training Needs Analysis, Training Monitoring and Evaluation, Training Delivery and Training & Project Management- with specific emphasis on Train-The-Trainer, Presentation Skills and linking Training with Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).

David graduated with a Doctorate in Education, Masters in Psychology (Counseling), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Development and Management. He is certified in Training Design (Australia), Whole Brain Thinking, TetraMap Leadership Profiling, Art of Profiling, People Developer Assessor, DISC, MBTI, HBDI tools. He is also a WDA WSQ Certified Trainer.
