People management is considered one of the most important skills for employability. Being adept at communicating and enabling others to complete their work and meet targets will be the number one skill in the employment market.

At work, we are often confronted by difficult (challenging) people and situations. How do we cope in such situations knowing that people don't change easily?

This one day workshop will allow you to acquire a toolbox of useful techniques to assist us in doing our job well. Seeing beyond difficult behaviors and treating others with tact and diplomacy can help us manage any situation, even though sometimes it may seem impossible.
