Trelly Ong has more than 2 decades of management experience in a global R&D environment, technical sales, financial and insurance sales, product and soft skills training, telemarketing and customer service.

She held management positions at Degussa Electronics, Pentex Schweizer Electronics, KCE Electronics Public Co, and technical sales with Elite Materials. Thereafter, she made a career switch to the service industry and worked her way to the top starting from being a telemarketer, customer service officer, team leader and training officer with Efusion Solutions and later appointed to a client advisory senior management position with Abacus Humantec.

Trelly has established herself as a highly experienced professional in customer service management, call center operations, business development, marketing and has more than a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, notably PCB business and surface finishes.

Trelly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, Certificates in Sales Management and General Insurance.
