Since 1997, Ms Katty Lam - Lee has been facilitating and coaching various organisations to achieve business excellence through her workshops that focused on effective communication, building customer confidence and retention, marketing and selling locally and in Malaysia, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Prior to pursing her career in human resource development, Katty has spent more than 14 years working for government, MNCs and SME organisations where she held various positions in customer service, business development and in operations management.

Katty has also lectured extensively with other institutes such as SHATEC and is a teaching adjunct member with a local Polytechnic and University. Katty holds a multi-disciplined professional certifications in marketing and HRD, graduate qualifications in Business Administration and Management and a M.A. in Educational Management.
